Oral Presentation
Time Schedule
- A projector with HDMI connection is available.
- Please bring your own laptop PC, and an HDMI adaptor if necessary.
- Please also bring a USB memory with your presentation file (PPTX or PDF) as a backup.
- Please check your laptop connection to the projector during a break before your session.
Poster Presentation
- Please prepare your poster in A0 size with portrait orientation.
- Please put your poster on a poster board between 12:00 and 15:10. Push pins will be provided at the poster venue.
- Please remove your poster immediately after the poster session.
- Please prepare a pitch talk before the poster session; each presenter must finish within two minutes.
